As mentioned I harvested around 60 chillies (grown by myself). Last night I started doing chilli jam and later on a kind of chilli ketchup – absolutely delicious!! It is so great to work/preserve even your home grown vegis – a real pleasure. The jars look beautiful, and yes again: They are smiling at me/the visitor coming into the storage room. (Where I store lots more: But my own preserves are the best!!)
Just remembering: Yesterday lunch we had spaghetti with cheese and my tomato chutney!! ‘Harzfeuer’ is the variety of tomatoes called I used… We grew around 1,800 this year… Mmmmmm
